High blood sugar levels can damage nerves (diabetic neuropathy) and reduce blood flow to the feet. This combination creates a dangerous situation: you may not feel cuts, blisters, or injuries, and poor circulation slows healing. What might be a minor issue for someone without diabetes can quickly become a serious infection, ulcer, or even lead to amputation. Regular, specialized foot care is essential for preventing these complications and preserving mobility.
Diabetic neuropathy causes numbness, tingling, burning, and pain in the feet. Dr. Singh offers advanced treatments including Class IV laser therapy, red light therapy with RED:VIVE, and medical-grade peptide therapy (BPC-157) designed to stimulate nerve repair and reduce pain without steroids or cortisone.
